Our website ordering capabilities have been very helpful to our customers and parts staff. We thank you for allowing us to serve you.
As with any transaction, there are opportunities where the wrong item is ordered and a customer inconvenience will occur. We really strive to minimize any mistakes and apologize if we made one.
Wrong part received:
If any part ordered is incorrect due to an error on our behalf, please send it back to us (or come in) within 30 days of your purchase and it will be corrected. Be sure to include a note with name and daytime contact number so we may call to straighten things out.
If a part is wrong due to a customer mistake, that's okay but it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be new with original packaging. Additional shipping will need to be charged as well, if we need to send out another part.
There are absolutely no returns on electrical parts, damaged parts, or returns after 30 days from receipt.

Back Orders:
If your part is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Do to the fact that all parts may not be stocked, we will be unable to contact you about a backorder or potential backorder. However, we do receive most backordered parts within 3-5 business days from the suppliers and ship them the same day. There are times when a part goes on an extended backorder due to the factories not having them. These back orders can take days, weeks, or months to become available to ship. If you need to cancel an extended backorder, please call us at 413-253-7358, M - F, EST to do so. As long as it has not shipped, we are able to cancel it for a full refund. If your order is multiple parts and the backorder will be longer due to supplier/vendor issues, we will send what is shippable on your order and when the back ordered part(s) come in, we will ship them standard shipping at our expense.
